		<description>Oh, that is so true.  I think it&#039;s a fortunate thing that I have a family and activities outside work that need my attention.  Otherwise I&#039;d have the tendency to try to find those extra hours and days.  I also feel fortunate that I work on smaller projects with smaller teams where it seems you can get things done and make progress week after week.
