Behr paint color browser

This lovely web application for choosing paint colors is linked from the Behr home page and can also be found in Home Depot stores running in a kiosk.

Built in LZX and deployed with the Laszlo Presentation Server, this rich internet app would be categorized as a "product configurator." It is the most beautiful and compelling example I've seen.

I suddenly feel like painting my living room.

I purchased Behr exterior paint for the trim on my house. I purchased satin enamel in the Barley Field color. The paint is a very light tan color and dries to an almost off white tint, and will not work at all with my wall color. I have purchased several gallons of this paint so can not afford to discard it. Could you PLEASE tell me if I can purchase a tint to give the paint a greenish cast. Your help would be very appreciated.

I am unable to use ColorSmart. I may have a popup blocker on my computer; I don't know whether or not I do. If I do, I don't want to disable it permanently.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am also unable to use colorsmart. I have been trying for about 20 minutes. I was always on this site to pick out paints. What's up with this now?

This is a wonderful site. My husband and I bought an old house built in 1925. We now need to paint it. We are novice so we got a painter but we still had to make some decisions as to the paint, finish and needed a few tips on what to talk to the painter about. This site was very, very helpful in all we were trying to do. I found the Website in the Lowe's catalog and I took every advantage. The colo browser was wonderful and gave me some inspiration in choosing the color. I feel like I can handle this challenge and will use the site again when we paint inside in the Fall. I I had to rate this site by stars I would give it 4.5 stars.

We have redone our home inside and out with Behr paint, but we have hit a stumbling block in the bathroom. The tile is in excellent condition, unfortunately the previous owner used pink and black tile all around to the height of an elbow.

Replacing the tile for the sake of color seems stupid. What color paint or floor covering could we use to play down the tile, but make the room more contemporary?

Thanks, Larry

Dear Sirs,
Haven't painted in about 10 years in the kitchen area. Having cabinets in Honey Oak made at this writing. Colors for the room are my problem. I see only basics. Floor is ceramic tile 12 x 12 squares. The countertops will be formica, but in dark tones of black and beige. That is very upbeat for us.

I like color. Everyone says one color and a boring white to boot. I need the name of some good books to check out trends and will love any advice you wish to share.

What are the trends?

I just painted a bedroom in a darker green tone of Behr Paint - it's the second most flat paint available at Home Depot, Canada...after two weeks, my boyfriend rubbed against the wall as he moved along the room and there are several marks on the finish that appear as lighter streaks. They are most noticeable in certain indirect lights. How do I correct this problem (hopefully without putting on another coat of paint).
Thanks.
